First, you'll need to download the setup files for the years you wish to move.  The setup files for all available years can be downloaded here:

Next, you can retrieve your license details here:

Finally, you'll need to copy the client data from the old computer to the new. There are two ways to do this. 

1) Use the built in client backup and restore tools in Maryland PPT Pro, under the File -> Client Utilities menu.

2) Alternatively, you can simply copy the data and documents folders directly.  You can locate the settings for these folders in the Tools -> System Settings dialog.  The default is c:\ProgramData\Maryland PPT Pro <year>.  Simply copy all the files in these folders from the location on the old computer to the location on the new computer.
