I get an error when printing to a Kyocera printer

If you get an error whenever you print to a Kyocera printer that mentions "A generic error occurred in GDI+.", you will need to make the following change in your printer driver to resolve this.

There is a feature called “GDI compatible mode” in the print drive for Kyocera machines which needs to be enabled for Maryland PPT Pro to successfully print to these printers.  Alternatively, you can set the printer to print in PCL compatibility mode.
