Download Error "This file is not commonly downloaded”.
I recently purchased the 2016 Maryland PPT and when I try to download it, I am getting a message that says “This file is not commonly downloaded.”
You may see a message in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge (IE's successor in Windows 10) about this file not being commonly downloaded. This is because it is brand-new.
Please click the Run Anyway button to continue.
Our files are now digitally signed with an updated security certificate, but because they are so new, Windows may warn you about them.
Alternatively, use Firefox or Chrome to download. When you run the setup, you will see that it is indeed signed and certified.
